Tim Atkin MW is the wine correspondent of The Observer and Wine Editor at Large of Off Licence News, a position which means he never has to sit at a desk for more
than three hours. He also writes for Wine & Spirit, Woman and Home, The World of Fine Wine and Intelligent Life. He appears on the BBC's Saturday Kitchen and has contributed to a number of books. Tim has judged
wines all over the world and is co-chairman of the International Wine Challenge. Each winter he spends a disproportionate amount

Tom Cannavan has published his wine-pages.com online magazine since 1995. Despite rumours that he exists only in
cyber space, Tom is also a successful journalist and wine judge, writing for titles including World of Fine Wine and Decanter, and contributing to The Wine Report. He is columnist for I-On Glasgow and I-On Edinburgh magazines, and has written for

Anthony Rose is the wine correspondent of The Independent. He also teaches at Leiths School of Food & Wine. As a competition judge, Anthony has tasted his way through Australia,
New Zealand, South Africa, Chile, California, Japan and France. In the UK, he chairs a panel for the Decanter World Wine Awards, gives wine talks and contributes to the World of Fine Wine, Wine Report
and the Oxford Companion to Wine. In his spare time, Anthony is a happy snapper but since hes married to a photographer, has to watch his step. Anthony's 20 Questions

Joanna Simon is The Sunday Times wine writer and an international competition judge. She contributes to Decanter and a magnum of other publications and is a former editor of
both Wine & Spirit and Wine. Her books include Wine An Introduction, Discovering Wine, and Wine with Food (which involved years of strenuous eating and drinking). She presented the
BBC Radio series The Bottle Uncorked. The low-point of her TV career was tasting vodka. Whenever she can she escapes to France; hence her hate-love relationship with Ryanair.

Olly Smith rocks out on telly with wine, mainly for Saturday Kitchen (BBC1) and Richard and Judy. He presents 'Cheers from Chile,' a 13-part, coast to
coast wine TV series in the USA and enjoys roaring around food festivals in loud trousers, including hosting The F Word Live and the Taste Theatre in London.
Olly writes a column for Wine & Spirit magazine and contributes to Men's Health and Country Life amongst others. He also judges wine competitions, but when his
heat-seeking nostrils are taking a rest, he loves his garden best of all. Olly's 20 Questions
