the wine gang

how login works

Anyone who visits The Wine Gang site can view all pages freely, except for those in the "reports" and "search" sections, reached from two tabs along the top of each page. The first time you click on either of these tabs you are prompted for a username and password.

Your username is your email address, and your password was sent to you as part of the welcome email when you joined up. You may change or retrieve your password from your control panel.

the free-trial hangover problem

If you are having problems logging in as above, or are only seeing one report behind the "reports" tab, it is almost certainly because you had previously used our free trial and your web browser is trying to be "helpful" by remembering the free trial username and password. It is still taking you into the free trial area, which contains only one sample report from a previous month.

curing the hangover

You need to clear the 'cache' and re-set any passwords that have previously been set. Exactly how you do this depends on which web browser you use. Advice: try following the instructions below but clear only the cache/files first, then if that doesn't work, clear saved passwords too.
