What do I get by becoming a member?
As an individual member of the Gang you have full access to our web site, including our database of frank and honest opinions and ratings for 16,000 wines available in the UK. Every month you will also receive our newsletter to inform you when a new 200-wine report has been published. These wine are also added to our ever-expanding database. As you read our notes you can save wines into your own personal shopping list, or you can choose to save them into your cellar, where you can also record your own tasting notes. Members can also rate and review wines, and they can participate in exclusive competitions as well as purchasing discounted tickets for our fabulous wine events across the country.
Trade members get all of the above, but also the rights to use any of our tasting notes within their own communications and marketing materials. Full trade members can also have up to 10 individuals from their company on their account, each will have their own login and will receive our reports, and the list of 10 can be updated by the trade member at any time.

How do members access the archive of previous monthly reports?

How do members access the archive of Blog posts?
What's the best way to find a note for a particular wine?
We have a simple search function that members can access from the spyglass icon top right of every screen. However, a powerful advanced search is available from the 'Search our wines' menu item, and within 'My Wine Gang'. This search allows you to filter the search results by a number of parameters including:
Do you offer food matching advice?
What is 'My Shopping List' and how do I use it?
As members read our reports or search for wines, each wine has an 'Add to shopping list' button. Simply add all the wines that interest you most to create your own shopping list. When you click 'My Wine Gang' you enter your own private and personal members' area. Here you can see your shopping list and you can delete items from it, or use the search facility to find and add more. To print your shopping list, choose 'Print' or 'Print Preview' from the Edit button of your web browser. That will create a stripped down version of your shopping list for efficient printing.
What is 'My Cellar' and how do I use it?
Like 'My Shopping List' there is also an 'Add to my cellar' button against every wine. Simply add all the wines that you have purchased to create your own cellar. When you click 'My Wine Gang' to enter your personal members' area you can see, maintain and print-off your cellar list, but here you can also add your own tasting notes and scores to the wines we have reviewed and you have purchased.
Can I give my feedback on the wines reviewed?
You certainly can! We encourage you to add your ratings and comments on the wines you taste, which will be visible to the Gang and to the entire community of members. Against every wine you will see a User Rating from 1 to 5 stars, which you can click having tasting the wine, to rate it how you want. There's also a 'Comments' icon. Click here and you can leave your comment on the wine and see the comments of other community members.
Click on My Wine Gang, then on My Profile. Under the Edit tab you can change various things about your account, including email and password.
